Website, local SEO, Germany
Tommy Reinigung (trading as Urban Werk), based in Bad Harzburg, offers three kinds of work within a 100 km radius. Customers search for each service separately, together with the name of their town, and German rules for websites are strict. We built a site with a page for every service and local coverage of the whole region.

Project background
Urban Werk does house and flat clearances, cleaning (offices, medical practices, windows, cellars and attics, end-of-tenancy cleaning, disinfection) and interior work with laminate flooring and plasterboard. It is based in Bad Harzburg and works within a 100 km radius: Goslar, Wolfenbüttel, Salzgitter, Braunschweig, Hildesheim, Halberstadt, Göttingen, Wolfsburg, Hanover, Magdeburg and towns in the Harz mountains.
Customers in Germany don’t look for “a company that does everything”. They search for “Entrümpelung Goslar” or “Praxisreinigung Wernigerode”, and decide on the strength of Google reviews. On top of that, a German website must have an Impressum, a privacy policy and cookie consent.
The challenge
The solution
We built a German-language site in Elementor, with a separate page for every service and an “About us” page listing the towns and Harz villages the company covers. Every page has a free quote form and a WhatsApp button. Cookies are GDPR-compliant, and the form sends email via SMTP. For local SEO we prepared 58 articles that are published to a plan.
In detail
Entrümpelung and Wohnungsauflösung (clearances), cellar and attic cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, disinfection and odour removal, office, practice and window cleaning, and interior work. 8 service pages in total.
The “About us” page lists the towns within 100 km and the places in the Harz (Goslar, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Braunlage, Wernigerode, Osterode, Thale, Quedlinburg, Nordhausen), because customers search for the service together with the name of their town.
The site has a Google reviews block and a link to all reviews. After every job the company asks the client for an honest review.
Impressum and Datenschutz in line with German law, CookieAdmin cookie consent, and consent to data processing on the form.
58 articles have been prepared as drafts and are being published gradually, so that every service and area gets content to support it.
Process
SEO · AEO · GEO
Clear service pages with a short description of what is included answer questions such as “Entrümpelung Bad Harzburg was kostet”, which German users increasingly put to AI assistants too. The list of towns and villages helps Google and AI tools understand where the company works.
For AI recommendations, reviews and consistent company details are decisive. That is why the reviews block is linked to the company’s Google profile.

Lessons
Who this approach is for
A site like this suits smaller businesses with several lines of work covering a wide area around one town, whether in Germany, Austria or Serbia. Customers search for the service with the name of their town, so the site has to show both what the business does and where it works.

A page with details of the site owner that German law requires.
Customers search for the service with the name of their town. The list of places helps Google understand where the company works.
Eight, each on its own page: from house clearances to interior work.
The form sends an email via SMTP, and the WhatsApp button opens a chat in one click.
Key lessons
Urban Werk is a good example of a business doing several different kinds of work across a wider region. Someone looking for a flat clearance isn’t looking for the same thing as someone who needs a medical practice cleaned or laminate fitted. That is why Urban Werk has a separate page for every service, with the names of the towns where the company works.
