Website, local SEO, Ireland
The same owner already runs a successful cleaning website in Dublin. A second brand only made sense if it covered different searches. So BioClean has a narrower focus: attic cleaning and mould removal, with pages for areas of Dublin and the surrounding counties.

brand from the same owner
Project background
The owner of Dream Cleaning wanted a second brand in the same market. The risk is obvious: two sites from the same owner targeting the same searches compete with each other, and neither gets anywhere.
The answer lay in positioning. While Dream Cleaning covers general cleaning services, BioClean specialises in attic cleaning and mould removal, a common problem in the Irish climate and one people look for a specialist to solve, not a general service.
The challenge
The solution
We built a separate site with its own positioning and keywords. An “Areas We Cover” page leads to nine area pages: North, South and West Dublin, Dublin 4 and 6, Dublin 12, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow and the whole of Ireland. An order form, client testimonials, an FAQ and a blog shorten the path from search to booking.
In detail
BioClean has its own set of keywords, different from Dream Cleaning’s. The two sites don’t compete; together they hold more positions on Google.
An “Areas We Cover” hub and 9 area pages, from parts of Dublin to Counties Kildare, Meath and Wicklow. Each page is about attic cleaning and mould in that area.
A service order form and quick enquiries from a phone. Customers can book without calling.
A testimonials page and an FAQ answer doubts before people order: how long it takes, whether the mould comes back, what is included.

AI tools recognise two clearly separate brands with consistent data as two entities, so both can appear in recommendations, each for its own need. Someone asking “who removes mould from an attic in Dublin” gets the specialist, not a general service.
FAQs about mould and attics are the format Google uses for direct answers and AI tools use for citations.

Lessons
Who this approach is for
A second, specialist brand makes sense when one service gets enough searches to justify its own site and the main brand is too broad to be the first choice for it. The key is to split the searches before the build.

FAQ
No, as long as they cover different searches and have clearly different positioning.
English, for the Irish market.
People search for the service together with the name of their area. A page for each area covers those searches.
A brand that covers one narrow service, in this case attic cleaning and mould removal, instead of every type of cleaning.
Yes, through the order form on the site.
Key lessons
BioClean Dublin answers a question many owners ask: does it make sense to open a second site for the same line of business? It does, but only if the second brand covers different searches. That is why BioClean Dublin is not a copy of the existing site but a specialist brand for attic cleaning and mould removal.
If you are thinking about a second brand or a new market, have a look at marketing for the EU market and local SEO. How Google views several sites from the same owner is covered in Google’s spam policies.
