Dream Cleaning: 59 SEO pages for a cleaning company in Dublin

The Dublin cleaning market is crowded. People search for an exact service in an exact part of the city (“end of tenancy cleaning Dublin 8”) and choose by reviews. We built a site with a page for every important service and location.

Project background

About the client and the market

Dublin is a large, competitive cleaning market. People don’t type “cleaning company”; they type “deep cleaning Rathmines” or “after builders cleaning Dublin 15”. For every combination like that, Google looks for a page that is about exactly that.

A site with a single “Services” page can’t appear for hundreds of service and location combinations. On top of that, in cleaning the decision comes down to reviews and speed of response: whoever replies first gets the job.

The challenge

What needed solving

  • Lots of service and location combinations that people search for.
  • Pages that aren’t copies of each other with the name swapped.
  • Trust built through reviews.
  • Quick contact from a phone, because most enquiries come from mobile.

The solution

What we did

We built an English-language site with a separate page for every service and area of the city, showed Google reviews directly on the site and added a WhatsApp button for one-click enquiries. A calculator gives a rough estimate before the call, while Rank Math and speed optimisation keep the site fast and properly marked up.

  • 59 pages by service and location
  • Google reviews on the site (Trustindex)
  • WhatsApp enquiry button
  • Rough estimate calculator
  • Rank Math SEO and redirects
  • Reliable email delivery from forms (WP Mail SMTP)
  • Login protection and speed optimisation

In detail

How the solution is set up

A page for each service

25 service pages, from domestic to construction cleaning. Each one explains what is included and who the service is for.

Pages by location

27 pages for areas of Dublin and the surrounding region, with content tailored to the location rather than a copy with the name changed. Together with the services and core pages, that makes 59 published pages.

Trust and quick contact

Google reviews are shown on the site, the WhatsApp button allows one-click enquiries, and the calculator gives a rough estimate before the call.

A planned blog

The site has 7 published articles and 7 more scheduled ahead, with tips that lead on to the service pages.

Technical

Rank Math SEO with redirects, speed optimisation, login protection and reliable email delivery from forms.

Process

How we worked, step by step

  1. Search map. We listed the services and areas of the city that people actually search for.
  2. Page template. We created a structure for service and location pages with unique content.
  3. Reviews and contact. We connected Google reviews, WhatsApp and the calculator.
  4. Technical SEO. We set up Rank Math, redirects, speed and email delivery.
  5. Content. We add to the blog to a plan, with articles scheduled ahead.

Visibility in Google and AI search

The FAQ and the calculator answer questions such as “how much does end of tenancy cleaning cost in Dublin” directly. Reviews and consistent company details (name, address, phone) are signals AI tools use for local recommendations.

Local SEO follows the same rules in Ireland as anywhere else: a page for every real combination of service and location, consistent NAP details and a Google Business Profile that matches the website.

Where it stands today

What is on the site today

The state of the site on 1 November 2026:

  • 59 published pages
  • 7 articles published, 7 scheduled ahead
  • Google reviews, WhatsApp and a calculator on the site

We don’t publish enquiry figures without the client’s consent.

Lessons

What you can apply to your own project

  • For local services, create a page for every service and location combination that makes sense.
  • Reviews on the site raise trust and conversion.
  • WhatsApp and a calculator shorten the path to an enquiry on mobile.
  • Local SEO works by the same rules in Ireland as it does in Serbia.

Who this approach is for

Who this approach suits

The “a page for every service and location” structure works for any local service business in a larger city, in Serbia or abroad: cleaning, removals, plumbers, electricians, appliance repairs. The condition is that every page has real, local content.

  • Local service businesses in large cities
  • Businesses with several services and several areas of the city
  • Businesses working in the EU, Irish and UK markets
  • Services that get most of their enquiries by phone

Technology

FAQ

Questions about the Dream Cleaning project

As many as there are real service and location combinations that people search for. For Dream Cleaning, that is 59 pages.

Yes. Dream Cleaning and BioClean Dublin are English-language sites with local SEO for Dublin.

Not if each one has content tailored to the location. A copy with the name changed won’t rank.

Most cleaning enquiries come from a phone, and WhatsApp is the quickest way to start a conversation.

The business name, address and phone number. They need to be identical on the website, the Google profile and other sources.

Key lessons

What Dream Cleaning shows about local SEO for service businesses

Dream Cleaning works in one of the most crowded cleaning markets in Europe. People in Dublin don’t search for “a cleaning company”; they search for an exact service in an exact part of the city. That is why Dream Cleaning has a separate page for every important combination of service and location.

What turned out to matter most

  • Pages with real content. Each local page describes the service, what is included and what to expect when the team arrives, rather than just swapping the name of the area.
  • Reviews and Google Business Profile. Ratings decide the booking, so Dream Cleaning actively collects them after every job.
  • One-click enquiries. The WhatsApp button shortens the path from search to booking a slot.

We apply the same approach to trades and service businesses in Serbia and across the EU. Have a look at local SEO and marketing for trades and local services; Google gives advice on business profiles in its guide to local ranking.
