Digital marketing: one plan for SEO, ads and your website

When SEO, ads and your website work together, every euro works harder. We build a plan for channels, budget and measurement, and run it with you month by month.

What digital marketing is and why it needs one plan

Digital marketing covers every channel through which customers find you online: Google search (SEO), Google and Meta ads, social media, email and the website itself. The most common mistake is having each channel run by someone different, with no shared goal or measurement. The result is ads that lead to poor pages, SEO that targets searches that don’t sell, and nobody knowing what really brings in enquiries.

We build one plan for all channels, with one goal (enquiries, sales, bookings) and one way of measuring it. That way every euro works harder.

How we build the strategy

  1. Goal: how many enquiries or sales you want and what one customer is worth.
  2. Analysis: your site, competitors, searches and the results of your channels so far.
  3. Choice of channels: what delivers results quickly (ads) and what builds long-term growth (SEO, content).
  4. Budget: the split across channels and months, allowing for seasonality.
  5. Measurement: GA4, conversion and call tracking, a monthly report.

How the channels work together

SEO and Google Ads: ads show straight away which searches bring sales, and SEO then builds organic rankings for those same searches, so over time you spend less on ads.

Meta and Google: Meta ads create interest, and Google captures the people who then search for your product or brand name.

Content and everything else: the same guides and pages serve SEO, ad landing pages, social posts and AI search.

Website: small fixes (a faster site, a clearer call to action, a shorter form) increase enquiries from every channel at once.

Measurement a business owner can understand

We set up Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking for forms, calls, WhatsApp and purchases. In the monthly report you see how many enquiries and sales came from which channel and what one enquiry cost. At the monthly meeting we agree what to scale up and what to change.

SEO, AEO and GEO as part of the plan

Customers increasingly ask AI tools before they search Google. So we include AEO and GEO in the plan: content with clear answers, consistent company details across every channel and brand mentions on relevant sites. The same work strengthens classic SEO too.

Who this approach suits

  • businesses that already spend on several channels but don’t know what delivers results,
  • online stores that want to grow predictably,
  • businesses entering a new market or a new city,
  • owners who want one partner instead of three agencies.

The numbers we track

  • Enquiries, calls and sales by channel: the main figure in every report;
  • cost per enquiry or customer (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) for paid channels;
  • organic clicks and impressions from Search Console for SEO;
  • website conversion rate, because a better site makes every channel cheaper;
  • share of branded searches, as a sign that more and more people know your company.

We track likes and reach, but we don’t use them as a measure of success. What these terms mean is explained in our digital marketing glossary.

The first 90 days

  1. Days 1–30: audit, tracking, fixes for whatever is holding back every channel, the plan.
  2. Days 31–60: launching channels in order of priority, the first campaigns and pages, the first report with real numbers.
  3. Days 61–90: scaling up what works, switching off what doesn’t, a plan for the next quarter.

The whole way we work is described on the How we work page.

Working with your team

Many businesses have someone who runs social media, a developer or a sales team. We don’t replace them, we work with them: we provide the plan, guidance and feedback, take on what they don’t have the time or tools for, and agree clearly who is responsible for what. Your sales team tells us about the quality of enquiries, and that is the most valuable information for tuning campaigns.

How we work

Three steps to measurable growth

01 Analysis

A review of your website, your competitors and your keywords. You get a clear list of what is holding back growth.

02 Plan and delivery

Priorities ranked by their impact on sales. We handle the technical side, the content and the campaigns, with no wasted effort.

03 Measurement and growth

A monthly report with enquiries, rankings and spend. We double down on whatever brings in business.

FAQ

Digital marketing: questions and answers

For businesses that want predictable growth and one partner for every channel.

No. We build the plan around your goal and budget.

As part of the SEO plan: the same content and the same company details work for Google results, direct answers and AI recommendations, and we measure them together in the monthly report.

You usually get the first plan within two weeks of starting, after the analysis and agreeing the goal.

Yes. We can take over coordination and measurement, while existing partners keep running individual channels.

No. We build the plan around your goal and budget and start with the channels that deliver results fastest.

A KPI is a key performance indicator, the figure you use to judge whether marketing is working. For most businesses that is the number and cost of enquiries, calls or sales, not likes and reach.

It depends on how quickly you need enquiries. Ads deliver results straight away, SEO over the long term. Usually the larger share of the budget goes on ads at the start and shifts towards SEO over time as organic search grows.

A monthly report and a call are standard. At the start of the work and before important campaigns we meet more often, as agreed.

Yes. We build a plan with priorities and instructions, and your team carries it out. If needed, we track the results and adjust the plan.
